With the purchase of Registration Protection, you’ll receive a full refund of the purchase price and processing fee should you be unable to attend your event due to a specified reason, such as:
- Injury or illness
- Vehicle breakdown or theft
- Adverse weather resulting in travel warnings
- Work relocation
- And more
Qualifying circumstances are defined in the Registration Protection Terms and Conditions. Refer to the event cart page during checkout for the current version, or check your receipt email if you have already opted in to the program.
Worry-Free, High Quality Service
If you have purchased Registration Protection and need to file for your event refund, simply log in and complete Booking Protect’s secure Refund Application Form. You have until 45 days after the event starts to submit your refund request, but please do so as soon as possible after becoming aware of a qualifying circumstance. For your security, Booking Protect does not hold information regarding the event itself or your payment details, so please expect to provide basic payment and purchase information to fulfill your request. Additionally, Registration Protection can be cancelled for any reason within 14 days of purchase (if the event has not started).
